  Hey Guys, i'm in communication with Kim Silvio and her post really was her Crisis of Conscience for her and not taken lightly by her.
  She is very grateful for the positive support she has seen across social media as LE has cast her as the villain.
  She said his video was blatant lies and she has never had a pally relationship with him. in fact Producer Bob has never spoken with him, so for him to infer they are somewhat co-conspirators in his perversions is an outright lie.

  On a positive note as the real victim's here ( Dijana Evans and kids ) have their social media controlled by LE and finances too an idea is gathering momentum to have a Global GoFundMe for her so she can kick his sorry arse out and gain the financial independence from him.
  
  She doesn't deserve to be put through his utter clusterfuck...

  i don't know if someone has already posted this, but lloyd has put up a video talking about his hooking up with hookers.

  personally that does not bother me but the way he is handling it is such a god damn train wreck.

  I contacted Kim this morning to check how shes doing and she said shes ok. As to that appalling orchestrated video she said he has blatantly lied. Notice he said I'm not going to show you but read it out. It was fictional.
  Here in the Australian/NZ ex JW group he gets cult adoration and its sickening. They swallow his load of lies like its the best thing he ever for them and isn't she mean for exposing him! For fucks sake the guy is a toad and we should set up a GoFundMe for Dijana to kick his sorry arse out of her parents house.

  whilst driving to work this morning listening to the radio, my ears pricked when the presenter began talking about jws.

  it was on a programme which airs between 8.00 and 8.30 entitled am, and broadcast on the abc national radio.

  Just to answer the initial post it was Anne Rustin the Federal Minister who will be implementing the loss of charity status on the Watchtower here in Australia. It may be announced but it will without doubt be drawn into court which will stretch for some time.
  
  Fundamentally they will never voluntarily sign onto the redress scheme, they cant. It would be an admission that Gods visible organisation on Earth(their opinion) can make a mistake, and they can never be wrong so there's the rub.
  
  As to the Watchtower coughing up $$$ through asset sale it cant happen. The Watchtower society in Australia has minimal assets of printing equipment and office equipment. Everything else is owned by separate(legally separate) entities that cant be drawn into the compensation.Every congregation is a poor charity with less than $5k in the bank and their hall is owned by a Private Non-charity company run by the WTS. Their whole restructure from the early 200's has been geared to avoid financial responsibility for their actions.
  
  Hopefully the negative publicity will destroy their public witnessing activities in Australia at least....

  Hey guys i havent been on this forum for quite a few years but figured after the news article last weekend i had better. Just read through some of the comments above which are a little disheartening. The reporter Natalie has at least put the subject on the radar more than it has. I agree somewhat with Corney above but not all. We had researched over many years the WTS here in Australia particularly from the announcement of the RC in 2011 onwards. To play the Devils advocate the WTS hasnt done anything illegal with its donations. Morally they have some issues to address. I have made a short video to describe why i say that :

  My name and photo only appeared in the online edition behind a Pay Wall. I think it takes an ex jw journalist to present this topic the right way. The WTS dismissed it offhand - which they always would.
  But if the WTS dont sign onto the redress scheme at the end of the month they "may" face tighter scrutiny from the ACNC and the Tax Office - fingers crossed.

  In my case I got married at 20 my wife was just 18. We stayed married for 20 years until she strayed and I woke up to the cult and left. Remarried a few years later to an ex jw who turned out to be a psycho and that lasted 5 and half years . Free now 🤞
